Wholesale Orders

• Minimum order size 50 Trees
• Freight is the responsibility of the Buyer.
• Schoolhouse Farm can arrange for trucking on your behalf if requested.
• If Schoolhouse Farm arranges freight, the freight charge will be a fixed $2.50 per loaded mile. (Use this map to calculate your shipping distance.)
• Title to the trees transfers to the Buyer when the trees are loaded on the transport truck.
• Truck quantities of trees vary with the sizes ordered and can vary from 150 to 400 trees. We will help calculate the number of trees in a truck load based on your order.
• We recommend refrigerated trucks to help ensure freshness.
• All trees are number 1 trees, cut within 3 days of shipping.
• We have trees available at this time and they will be reserved on first-come basis.
• No orders accepted after December 10

• Prior to October 1, 25% reservation balance upon loading.
• After October 1, 100% payment due upon order.
